Here at Bottle Pass Liquors we recognize that life is measured by significant events along the way and we are here to help you make the utmost of those special events you are planning. We have long been Grand County’s first choice for beer, wine, and liquor for everything from birthday parties to wedding receptions. We even have on staff a Special Events Coordinator whose job it is to specifically ensure you get the assistance you need to help plan out your beverage needs.
We have the largest wine, beer, and liquor inventory in Grand County at the most competitive prices and we can special order any product for you to make sure your event goes off with out a hitch. We can deliver beverages including kegs of beer if you need that as well (must be 21+ with ID to accept delivery). Further down the page is a helpful questionnaire you can complete online and automatically email us to get the party started!

When ordering wine remember:
Chablis, blush, Burgundy are on the less pricey end. Chardonnay, White Zinfandel, Cabernet, Pinot Noir and Merlot are on the other end.
For soft drinks you should have a cola, a lemon/lime soda and sparkling water.
Lastly, don’t forget the mixes: Tonic, Club Soda, Lemon Sour, Orange Juice, Lime Juice, Grenadine, along with Grapefruit Juice, Cranberry Juice and Bloody Mary Mix.

Wedding & Special Event Policy
1. Bottle Pass offers a 10% discount on all full bar wedding packages.
2. We allow returns of merchandise with a 10% restocking fee and forfeiture of the 10% discount on the returned merchandise previously given on merchandise in #1. All returned goods must be in merchantable conditions – I.E. clean, unopened, with undamaged labels.
3. We have delivery service available (must be 21+ with ID to accept delivery). Fees are based on distance from our store and include both delivery and pick up /return. The fees are as follows:
- • Zone 1. Winter Park to Tabernash. Delivery and keg pickup/return is free.
- • Zone 2. Tabernash to Granby. Delivery and keg pickup/return is $50.
- • Zone 3. Granby and beyond. Delivery and keg pickup/return is $75.

4. We will normally be special ordering merchandise for the event package and as such need to finalize the order no later than 15 days prior to the event. If changes are made to the order after 15 days, the 10% discount will be reduced to 5% on the total order.
5. Ask us about our party calculator to help you in determining quantities prior to placing your order to insure you are ordering just the right amount for your guests.
6. In order to make the ordering process go as smooth as possible, we need to have a single individual appointed by you to handle all ordering with us. Please choose your representative wisely.
7. Lastly, our merchandise wholesalers charge us higher prices to bring merchandise over that great big hill you came over which rules out our ability to price match the large stores in Denver. We hope you will recognize that having the same products here is a convenience worth paying a slight bit more for.
